Our engineers follow up fabrication, review fit‑ups and first‑offs, help with fixtures and sequencing, and keep the dossier current (ITP checkpoints, materials, weld maps, DFT). If something drifts, we catch it early and agree a correction that preserves function, safety and certification. Communication is direct: we talk to the people who actually cut, weld and paint your parts.
On‑site supervision
When the project reaches the field, our engineers can be on site to keep assembly and installation aligned with the design basis. We verify interfaces, tolerances and lifting plans, help solve clashes with the real environment, and make sure preservation and coatings survive handling. If a locator or dimension must shift, we document the change, protect function, and update drawings so as‑built matches reality.
We also streamline handover: checklists closed, punch‑items resolved, final documentation compiled and signed — so your operations team receives a package they can trust. That’s delivery in our terms: not just getting steel to the site, but getting it into service fast and correctly.
